Curfew: The defendant shall participate in the location monitoring program for a period of ____ days with the type of technology to be determined by the probation office. The defendant will be on a curfew and restricted to his residence from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, or as directed by the probation officer. The defendant will abide by all the technology requirements and pay all or part of the costs to participate in the location monitoring program.
 

Home Detention: The defendant shall be placed on home detention for a period of __days and shall abide by all technology requirements. The defendant shall be restricted to his/her residence at all times, except for employment; education; religious services; medical, substance abuse, or mental health treatment; attorney visits; court appearances; court-ordered obligations; or other activities as preapproved by the officer. The type of technology shall be determined by the U.S. Probation Office. The participant shall pay all or part of the costs of participation in the location monitoring program as directed by the Court or U.S. Probation Office:
 

Home Incarceration: The defendant shall be placed on home detention for a period of __ days and shall abide by all technology requirements. The defendant shall be restricted to his/her residence at all times except for medical necessities and court appearances or other activities specifically approved by the court. The type of technology shall be determined by the U.S. Probation Office. The participant shall pay all or part of the costs of participation in the location monitoring program as directed by the Court or U.S. Probation Office.
