The United States Probation Office for the Western District of Tennessee has various services to assist defendants and persons under supervision with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. These drug treatment services include contract and non-contract providers who offer outpatient, inpatient, support groups, partial hospitalization, crisis stabilization, and medication-assisted treatment. We also offer drug court for those individuals who meet the criteria including extensive criminal history, significant past/present substance abuse issues, stability concerns, and chronic unemployment. We utilize evidence-based practices to address the risks and needs of those we serve to provide a meaningful opportunity to change. Individuals are encouraged to discuss any treatment needs with their supervising officer for potential placement.
