Emergency – First attempt to contact your assigned officer. If you are unable to do so, leave a detailed message about the emergency and destination. Please provide all discharge documents from the emergency room.

Travel – No overnight travel can be permitted without judicial approval

Request – All request must be submitted 72 hours (three days) in advance to allow your officer time to respond.

Documentation – Submitting documentation might be required for individuals in the program. This helped verify activities in the community. This could include receipts, photographs, or other documents.

BI Smartlink App – After asking your officer, individuals might be enrolled in the BI Smartlink App to submit schedule requests.
